Interruptions in service due to maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Live tutoring sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. All session bookings are subject to tutor availability. Cancellations by the student must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited without a refund. If a tutor cancels a session, a full credit or reschedule option will be provided. Tutors will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for a student to join a live session. Late arrivals by the student will result in a shortened session with no time extension.

All prices for courses and tutoring packages are listed in the specified currency. Payment must be made in full through authorized gateways before accessing content. Subscription-based services will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time. Price changes will not affect courses or packages already paid for. You are responsible for any transaction fees or foreign exchange costs incurred.

Self-paced online courses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued if more than 20% of the course content has been consumed. Live tutoring packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official customer support email. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

All course materials, videos, PDFs, text, and logos are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this website. You may download materials only where explicitly permitted for personal, educational use. Recording live tutoring sessions without explicit written consent from the tutor is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized commercial use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

You agree to treat all tutors, staff, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or threats will result in immediate banishment. You may not upload malware, viruses, or harmful code to the platform. Spamming, advertising, or soliciting other users on the platform is strictly forbidden. You retain ownership of reviews, comments, or assignments you post to the Site. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it.
